Payment Pending

Hello All,

I paid someone using Paypal I have the items, but his payment is still showing pending until I confirm receipt?  Where is this located?  Everything shows completed on my end.

If its marked as completed in your Paypal account then you have paid. The fact its pending on the SELLERS end is between them and paypal as they are new sellers.
Funds are held for 21 days BUT released more quickly if they provide a tracking number (delivery + 1 day) OR they mark the item as shipping and you click to confirm on your account. That option is normally only available for services or digital items so you may not have it.

If you don't have it you can't use it and the seller will need to wait 21 days as per link.
