Hello! Does anyone know if I will be charged a fee if I transfer money from my PayPal account to my bank account? The info online is confusing!

I never have in all the years I have been dealing with them.

I have just looked at my own account as though I was withdrawing money into my bank. It lists the different cards I have in my paypal wallet and says I can transfer to any one of them immediately for free and that it will be there within minutes.

It also says 'standard' (fees may apply) and that that will take 1-3 working days. You'll note the careful use of the word 'MAY', which isn't definite, but weirdly, doesn't say what standard means and in what instances those fees MAY apply.

Seems to me, you have two options. Transfer the money immediately for free or wait a couple of days and possibly pay a fee. I know which one I am going to use, lol.

I have, literally, just transferred money from my account to my bank to test it for you and it says no fee payable, like it says at the top of the table. It also said free when I clicked on the chosen bank account.

When you go to select the amount you want, it will come up with all of it, you can type over that if you only want part of it transferred.

How you can withdraw funds and if there is a fee is dependent on which country you are in.

You need to say first @Cescamadeleine  so we can give you accurate advice.

@notwhatIasked  How do you know the original poster is in the UK and so can withdraw the same as you?

They may be in Russia for all you know.

Oh of course, sorry, how silly of me to try & help and actually go out of my way to draw money out of my account so that I can pass on the correct information, without asking the OPs country of birth. OP - I do, genuinely, apologise for assuming we share a border and possibly giving you incorrect information (although of course, we don't know if you have charges in your country wherever you live) To Kernowlass - there are ways to speak to would be helpers without being rude. Perhaps you might like to try it some time?

Nothing wrong with what I said, it was factual, you do not know which country they are in and they may well be in Russia for all you know so you spent 2 posts in possibly giving the wrong advice.

A lot of countries can't withdraw to a bank account.

A lot of countries can only withdraw to a card.

A lot of countries can't withdraw funds at all.

A lot of countries get charged to withdraw funds.

A lot of countries do not get charged to withdraw funds.

So you spent 2 posts in possibly giving the completely wrong advice, so I corrected you.....you're welcome.
