PAYPAL CUSTOMER SERVICES NEEDS MAJOR IMPROVEMENT!!!!!!

i HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE WITH PAYPAL SINCE 9 AM,  IT IS NOW 6:00 PM, CALLING ABOUT THE SAME ISSUE, WHICH STILL IS NOT RESOLVED!!!!! 

I HAVE CALLED AT LEAST 20 TIMES 16 OF WHICH I WAS DISCONNECTED AFTER WAITING ON HOLD FOR 2 HOURS AND 34 MINS. WITHOUT SPEAKING TO A REPRESENTATIVE. ONE OF THE CALLS I REQUESTED A CALL BACK FROM THE REP IN 30 MINS TOO MAKE SURE MY ISSUE WAS RESOLVED WHICH HE AGREED AND NEVER CALLED, ANOTHER TIME I REQUESTED A CALL BACK FROM THE COMPUTER SYSTEM WHICH IT CALLED IN THE 30 MINS ONLY TO BE HUNG UP ON AGAIN AFTER WAITING 15 MINS WITHOUT SPEAKING TO A REP.!!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! i HAVE NOW BEEN ON HOLD FOR THE 22ND TIME FOR 16 MINS..

IS PAY PAL HIRING?   IF NOT THEY SHOULD BE!!!!
