Does anyone know how I can contact customer service to report unauthorised access?

Dear all,

Someone would seem to have linked our bank account to their PayPal account without our permission.

We have tried to contact PayPal to report the issue, but it has proven impossible: "No agents are currently available", referring me here.

[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]that’s their customer service number. Just tell the voice message you want to speak to a representative.

Thank you @msmith-74 ! Unfortunately, they have removed the phone number from your reply. Do you know where I can I find it? It is a kind of Kafkian situation.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
