Non-profit fees

My organization is a 501(c)3 registered non-profit and the PayPal account was set up as "Non-profit organization".  However, I am still being charged the 2.9% fee instead of 2.2%.  How can I get this resolved?  Thanks in advance.

Call customer service:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.

Call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep.

3. How much does PayPal cost for online transactions?

• Qualified 501(c)(3) organizations can receive a discounted charity rate of 2.2% + $0.30 per domestic transaction.*
