I'm new to PayPal, my bank account was verified this morning, and I need to transfer funds asap. When i try to transfer to my confirmed bank, PayPal is giving me a message that they are unable to process this transaction. I then tried to transfer to the debit card linked to my bank account, and it was denied. Anyone know why PayPal will not transfer these funds yet?
