New Paypal account

Guys what is the correct procedure to create an account. I have already made several accounts and they always limit them ..... Whether personal or business. Paypal reserves the information and I cannot have an account in which I can associate it with my website. Any suggestion please

Hi,

If you've been limited and was told you can no longer use PayPal, then any account you create with your info will eventually be limited as well. You'll need to find another service to accept payments.

Does it mean that I can no longer use Paypal or opening a new account?

Could you tell me the most correct procedure to avoid these limitations ... I will talk to my mother about opening one in her name.
