Message centre not opening

Hi,

    I had emailed paypal regarding an issue. I recieved an email notifying me of a new response which is not reflecting in my notifications and also I am unable to open message centre totally and view previous conversations. I get the error  page not working. Anyone else faced this? How do I contact paypal?

Having the same issue now.

The person I spoke to on the phone simply didn't understand what I was asking. The email I got said "you have a message in the message centre that expires in the next 24 hours." This isn't much help! Also the dates don't match up as it's the 7th today!
