Making a payment to personal PayPal ac

Hi all I wanna know if it is ok To buy a game some one selling on face book asking me to pay via PayPal and he will post it to me. If the item is wrong or no show Do I have a leg to stand on or should I just walk away from deals like this ? HELP PLS
