Here is my issue and I'm looking for some help:
I sold a shoes for someone but forgot to mark it as sold on grailed. And another one who didn't know it, he purchased it on that website. I told him that I will refund money, but I haven't seen the transaction on my paypal account, and when I asked him, he said that the transaction appeared on his side. I told him to report a problem to the paypal but nothing happened except the mail that paypal sent to me. So what should I do right now?
