Hi All,
I decided to read through the changes and I came across the one that seems key to me:
"We are introducing an inactivity fee for business accounts in an amount of GBP 9.00. The inactivity fee does not apply to personal accounts."
Can anybody tell me when does this inactivity fee apply? Or where I can find this point in the vast T&C documentation?
This is an important introduction, I would appreciate if PayPal can be more clear when adding new charges or fees, by explicitly stating how/when/where the change applies.
Here is my question again: How do I know when I am "inactive" and how long can I be inactive before this fee starts applying?

Hi, it says that article can no longer be found. I received an email today about the inactivity fee coming into effect November 2021 and would like more information on this. Can you help?

The article cannot be found. I'd like to know more about the upcoming inactivity fee too that is coming into affect in November. Please update this thread with a relevant link / update, specifically how PayPal determines that an account is inactive? Is this just a long period of not logging into our account, or does this have to do with the flow of transactions through the account? More clarification is required.

For future readers, this is what I received back from PayPal support since I wrote my original post (see below). TLDR, your account becomes inactive if you have not logged in for over a year.
