Itune cards making a transfer to PayPal faster

I'm expecting £10,000 from a friend to go into my PayPal account. However, inhale been asked to give $100 iTunes card to make the transaction quicker. Another friend assured me that this is correct and it does make the transfer quicker. Has anyone experienced this and if so did it work out ok for you?

You’re being scammed. PayPal does not ask you to buy $100 gift card to make money go anywhere faster.

These “friends” are not your friend.
