I may be dealing with a scammer who is refusing to pay me for an item that I sent them. However, I have received and email stating that they have paid the full amount for the product - though I have not received this money and PayPal does not seem to have any pending payments. The email came from this address <removed>, is this a legitimate email address for Paypal?
