@Hello Sir/Madam To whom It may concern, I was trying to complete the verification process on a credit card linked to my PayPal account and I wrongly entered the 4 digit code three times. Now, I cannot link it anymore. Could you please reset my credit card?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
