India: Urgent Help with KYC

I have completed my Indentity Verification about 7 days back.

- It asked me for my PAN number, which I entered (Did not ask me to upload anything, contrary to the 100s of guides online)

- Bank Account is linked and verified in PayPal

- email and Phone Number are linked and verified in PayPal.

Now the issue is that Paypal said that they would confirm my identity/KYC within 7 days, but havent done so. On the other hand, 3-4 of my friends got theirs instantly. Quite literally instantly.

Need the KYC to be cerified urgnelty since my primary source of income stream has stopped due to me not being able to receive international payments.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.

Contact for an update?

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
