I received money from friends for buying some items from my country. PayPal used just for international money transfer. But I was charged for 5% fee. How to avoid this fee and refund it from PayPal back to my account?

If you are selling items and being paid then you pay a fee regardless of what paypal account type you have.

Thanks for your answer!
As I mentioned, didn't sell anything to "Buyer". It was just an international money transfer. Can I get the fee returned me back?

Then they should have used the friends/family option IF that was available in their country when sending to you and then you would not have paid a fee.
Sadly too late now that the payment has completed, if they refund the fee is not returned anymore as part of that refund.
