I received a probable phishing "purchase" this morning. It didn't come from PayPal?

The email certainly looks legit. It shows a purchase of $650.98 from a company that I might have used a year or two ago. It doesn't show up on my list of purchases on my PayPal account, though.  I did NOT call the number they have on the lis[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]  Help if you can, please.

After reading the "How to identify a spoof" I am now convinced that my first instinct was correct. It is a spoof. I forwarded it to the spoof@paypal.com site.  Thanks. rich
