I received an email through spam and I’m selling an art piece. The buyer instructed me with checking my spam folder and it looks like a legit email from PayPal but I have my suspicions. He sent 1,700 for the intial cost then I got an email saying my account had limits and the buyer had to send another grand to expand my limits, and I need to issue a refunded $1000. Total 2,700. If I could get some help that would be great.
