How to get the payment

One person make a payment for my the amount of 900 euro and I have receive spam mail and they ask me that in order to get my money I have o pay the amount of 150 euro is it possible

It's a scam. Do not pay it. PayPal does not ask you to pay fee to get or show your payment in your account, because PayPal already deducts fee when payment is received IF the person paid but they haven't as you don't see money in your PayPal account.. Don't fall for the scam. The sender did not make payment and want to scam 150 EUR off you with a non-existent 900 EUR payment.
