My Paypal account is based in India.
I am tired of getting generic replies from the Indian support. I know how Indian are - careless, no discipline or whatsoever. These employees get their paycheck and that's all they care about.
I am having a $175 dispute. The customer has raised the issue from his financial institution. The customer is from US. The order was delivered. Perfect condition. The customer has also sent the photos. He has not given any valid reason to not keep the item. He just meant that he doesn't want the item anymore.
I sent Paypal the photos of the order, tracking details and the conversation PDF with our customer.
We are getting just very basic replies from the Paypal Indian team.
On top of that, there are many other restrictions that are acting on my account.
Like
1) I cant remove any email address from my account.
2) I caanot send payments to anybody who is indian.
I need help from Paypal team which is not Indian.
As soon as I login, Paypal always connect me to the indian team.
Is there any valid email address working where I can contact as guest?
