I figured it out on my own because their message system is useless.
You need the bank routing number - you can get that online, and your account number. Instead of selecting a bank from their list enter any random string. The form will say "bank not found, enter the routing and account number". Do that and you're good to go. Took me two weeks to figure it out - hope that helps.
