I'm having an active account, but I'm not interested in buying items for the time being.
I only have 1,38 Euro. And also I no longer have any card linked to my account.
My question is:
is it possible to be charged by Paypal for any reason with the result of owing money one day?
Please, I would like a straight and clear answer. My account WAS inactive for a long time. No it is active again.
Also, is it possible to send the money to another person's Paypal account, even though I don't have any card linked and then close the account?
I believe if the balance is 0, there isn't any problem to close the account, correct?
