Hello friends, I have an active paypal account. I don't use it anymore but I would like to maintain it, in case I use it in the future. I don't have any card or bank account linked. I just have 1.36 euros. A few weeks ago the money I had was 1.39 then 1.38 and so on. Now I have 1.36 euros. But the amounts below are the same: 0,40 EUR     1,19 USD Why is this happening? Is this a kind of fee for maintenance of the account? I hope not. My main concern is: will my account become negative? Is this possible? Hi,   I have a paypal account and my question is If I will never use it again, will my balance become negative due to any fees? I put a non existent mobile phone number (because I don't owe any - I just wanted to close my account) and it looks that I can't access my account. I wanted to close the account but I have a very small amount in it and no linked card anymore. Is there a way to ask paypal to take this little amount and close my account? Hello, I'm having an active account, but I'm not interested in buying items for the time being. I only have 1,38 Euro. And also I no longer have any card linked to my account. My question is: is it possible to be charged by Paypal for any reason with the result of owing money one day? Please, I would like a straight and clear answer. My account WAS inactive for a long time. No it is active again. Also, is it possible to send the money to another person's Paypal account, even though I don't have any card linked and then close the account?
