i am trying for days to speak to someone human that is competent and their automated service to link us is just beyond stupid. it asks me to hang up and theyll call me in 2hrs and then as soon as its done that message, a new voice pops up asking me to stay on the line for 2hrs. this is unacceptable. ive been trying for days. can someone send me a direct number to someone HUMAN. seriously unbelievable.
they have been cashing in on my sales while i cannot even access my own **bleep**ing money. im beyond **bleep** off.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...
1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
