I sent money but I didn’t add the goods & services (by accident) the full amount was taken out of my account (60) but the seller was missing the fee (2.06) which i should pay so she only got $58. What’s the best way going about paying this? How come she only got $58 from what I originally sent. Sorry new to this 😞

Hi @skeelar,
Thank you for your post! In a Goods and Services transaction, the seller is responsible for the fee. The full price that you pay is the actual price, and the seller pays the fee. It is not permitted to surcharge the buyer and request that they send extra to cover the PayPal fee. The set price must be the same regardless of whether PayPal or any other payment method is used. If the price is $60, that is all that you are expected to pay.
I hope this helps!
