I'm confused about fees.  I've received two payments into my account both the same value (£32) and both from friends.  I've been charged a fee of £1.29 on one but nothing on the other??

One send payment as friends and family and one didn't.

I was charged 15 dollars fees I think because 274.67 usd was deposited in my PayPal account converted is 405.50 nz and I only received 390.30 nzin my PayPal account
