Fee for inactivity

I read that pp will charge you for inactivity, ia it true or? Thanks

I received a letter saying my account has been inactive (it definitely has not), but they noted an email address that I do not recognise.  Obviously I can't login to someone else's account, have you confused my name and address with another person's account?

One more question. My account is active. 1-2 days ago I had 1.38 euros.
Now I have 1.37.

Why is this happening?
Should I worry?
