Fee Charge?

I keep getting charged a free when I try and send money to family. I am in the U.S and I am getting charged a fee. It also won’t allow me to use my bank account, only my debit card.

Why you can't use your bank account i don't know. Have you had any failed bank transfers or negative balance recently?

Have you funded any payments using your bank account before?
