Extra charge in bahrain paypal.

I have a paypal account which is created from bahrain. In send option there are only 2 way to send $.That's why every time paypal charge extra $.One of my brothers said that ,in bahrain, paypal take extra charge.Is it True?

Welcome to the community! Based on the screenshot it looks like the only current option for sending money for your account is through Goods and Services. When a payment is sent as Goods and Services, there will be a fee assessed on the receiver's end. For more information on fees, you can go to the bottom of PayPal.com and click "Fees."
