I am beginning to think it is for withdraw funds to bank account. What other service relates to refers to transfers to debit card within 30 minutes other than withdraws to one’s bank account. Can a PayPal mod confirm this?
But withdrawing to bank isn’t referred to as an instant transfer in general, just plain withdrawing funds to bank.
