Ebay Scam?

So I am selling my PS4 on ebay and the guy says check your email for $400 from ebay and I recieved the email but the email it came from looks fishy. Can you guys help me?

Yeah, no - That looks fake. The header should be large and does not say ''you've got cash''. It officially says ''PayPal Instant Payment Received''.
And why did they type the lines right to the edges...?? Doesn't look right.
REGARDLESS, You should be checking your Paypal account - No funds? Then there was no transaction. Simple.

Ps: In previous scam alerts I've seen in the past, there are many of them with games and gaming products (and tech in general)
