If you have evidence of tracking, receipt of paid lodgements etc chargeback might be deflected. We had a buyer that waited exactly 6 months to claim chargeback via their bank on an item, and Paypal requested receipts and tracking info which obviously we didn't have because it was 6 freaking months earlier! Obviously Paypal doesn't want to lose money, so they'll just take yours. Now we keep all receipts per year. On top of that, we blocked the buyer straight-away. Tagged his name, address, IP... so we know who to reject. Hell if the same person thinks they can scam twice, no way. Never ever give any one a second chance of scamming you, as soon as you've indentified dodgy behaviour, block them, reject them, etc etc... Because there isn't much else you can do once you've sent your item out. Even if it has signature on delivery. You *could* try calling the postal services of their country/area to reroute a shipment but no guarantee it will be returned. It's so easy to scam with Paypal, it's f****** ridiculous. But since I have a moral compass, I know it's gd wrong to scam. If it pleases you, send the scammer a box of s*** to let them know you're onto them lol.
