I am having a problem with eBay/ and the Global Shipping Program. Item shipped from Colorado-Erlanger KY. to Australia. all paid through P/P.
Item was received broken, and I'm going to be forced to issue a refund, because I can't speak to a person about this problem at GSP. Cost to return the item is prohibitive , and I will be out the money, and the item, if I refund.............
How can I resolve this, ANY IDEAS, OR SUGGESTIONS?
