Hello guys I’m needing help! I have not yet fully received USD into NZD money from a business account on PayPal. I have paid my fee of $200 NZD as it’s a business account. And the person that had programmed the payment told me I had to pay another $200 NZD fee as my first payment of $200 NZD wasn’t enough to make my payment fall instantly into my PayPal account

I fear you have been scammed by fake spoof paypal messages.
