Hi @Help59,
I'm sorry to hear that you've encountered a scam and unauthorized access as a result. If you've talked to someone purporting to be from PayPal customer service and they have asked to remote in to your computer, it is a fraudster. PayPal will not ask to do this.
It is very important to contact PayPal customer service only on the approved channels, which include the Contact page found by clicking Contact at the bottom of the official PayPal website at PayPal.com, at the official PayPal Facebook page which can be found by visiting www.Facebook.com/PayPal, or at the official PayPal Twitter handle which is @AskPayPal. If you used a search engine to find contact information for PayPal customer service, it's likely that the contact information you found was seeded on that search engine by a fraudster.
If you have had unauthorized access, please log in to your PayPal account and report the activity.
I hope this information helps!
Olivia
