It the agreement it states cashing government or payroll checks is only a fee of 1% while all other checks is a fee of 5% I’ve been cashing a weekly payroll check since august and I’ve been charged 5% every single time with the exception of two times. How can I get this corrected or my other 4% refunded?

I have a similar problem except that the weekly checks I cash are around $350 and some weeks I'll be charged around $8 - $10, and other weeks it's almost $20 and that is absurd! I can't find any help on this matter either no matter where I look.

I wish I didn't have to rely on them. PayPal apparently has a reputation for stealing. My girlfriend had over $1,000 stolen for something she didn't even do that violated their terms and services. Then she's been stonewalled trying to get help through their services since. I don't see a good future for this company if they keep this crap up.
