A PayPal Cash Debit Mastercard is pre-linked into a PayPal account. Once it is activated then it is automatically link in your PayPal Cash Account, so you are not suppose to link it any further. This card your adding might not be a PayPal Cash Debit Mastercard. Not all cards are eligible to be added here in PayPal. You may contact the card issuer and verify to them if they do accept "PayPal electronic transaction", if they do then you should able to add the card. You can also contact our Customer Service for further assistance.
Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages.
Use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in.
Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
