I signed up to an online course and chose the 12 months payment option. I have made 6 payments. My financial situation has changed and I can no longer keep up the payments. There was no legal agreement, payment terms and I did not sign anything. I live in England and the company is in the US. All payments have been through PayPal. I no longer have access to the course materials. Can I be pursued for the remaining money?
