Hello, so I sold one product on ebay and when I go to my paypal it says that the buyer paid my product price+tax collected by eBay 9$, which to my understanding is the final value fee.The problem comes when I go to my seller account on eBay and it says that I somehow need to pay the final value fees which is 9$ and wont let me to list new products untill that.So who pays the ebay final value fees?Me, the buyer or both of us?
