Can't link bank, messaging/calling unhelpful

I've been transferring money received on PayPal to the same debit card for over a year. Then suddenly yesterday that debit card isn't an option in "accept money". I try to link the bank account again and again and again (literally over 20 times in the last two days), I always get an internal error message. Tried calling support, it says cannot help at this time. Tried doing the chat thing, and it's literally a copy of the bank-linking step-by-step process and of course I'm still getting an internal error message. So what other options are there to receive my money?
