Does anyone know how I can get anyone to help me with my account during COVID-19?? If you call the helpline it says it's closed. The website recommends sending a message b/c customer service is limited right now, but when I try it says that is currently unavailable right now too! Is there no way to contact anyone right now at all?? Seems like a poor way to do business!!!

Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter? You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages. It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
