Can not get to Step #2 for Payroll Protection Program. ~~~~~~~~~~~ Red Triangle stops me!

Looking for advice on moving along with application for PPP.    Received a email stating Pay Pay received my app and I can use attached link for moving forward....Link will not allow access once opened.

 

Any advice or experience with this?
