Good evening community, I am looking to buy a ticket for Creamfields through a user on Twitter. He has asked for the money to be sent first through PayPal prior to postage. I can understand this as it protects his goods. However, how would I go about this to ensure I have full cover if worst case he is a scammer? Cheers for any advice in advance
