Can you use a family members home address as your billing address if they also have a paypal without canceling out their account?

The name and billing address of the card would need to match the same details on the paypal account.

Okay thank you! I am in the process of uploading documentation for proof of identity. I am using my state I.D card but the address on there is an old address different from the one listed currently on my account. Will this be a problem that the address doesn't match?
