While attempting to sign in to my Amazon Prime account a message came on my screen to call a number for help. The assumed Amazon technician helped me sign in. After assisting me to sign in the person advised that Amazon had a promotion for $99 for another year rather than the usual $119. I paid with Paypal. geeksafeguard showed up on my Credit Card for $99. I called Amazon to confirm that they had record of my payment and they did not receive the funds.
Has any one else had this happen to them. Thanks for your response.
