Hello! I have an online item for sale, and I’ve got a buyer for it. My problem is, I heard and read a lot about being scammed after they got the item/accounts, and after paid, they get a refund. Is there a way I can prove that I give them the item, and they can’t do a refund? I don’t want to lost it for nothing, and getting a minus PayPal account. Thanks for help.

That depends on many factors all listed in Paypals seller protection policy for you to read so you can risk assess your transactions.
Legal (bottom right of Paypals pages) > user agreement > seller protection.
