2-factor authentication only for payments bigger than xxx USD

I'd like to enable 2-factor authentication only for payments bigger than xx USD, say 50 USD. 

Meaning: Every payment of less than 50 USD is done by password authentication. 2-factor authentication is only needed for amounts bigger than that. 

Can't see that option, or can anyone help me for the set-up?

Alternatively, what is the way to bring this topic up as a feature request?
