I have my account setup to require 2-factor authentication on my phone. Last night I ordered two items for my daughter on her laptop. The first purchase required my 2-factor authentication. 20 minutes later the second purchase did not require my 2-factor authentication. She was able to complete the purchase without my assistance. Big problem!
The 2-factor authentication code says that it is valid only for 10 minutes. What is going on?

From what you've described, it may be possible for One-Touch to have been activated. One-Touch would allow you to skip log-in for a specific device.
