Card Not Working In Cash Machines Or For Purchases

As of yesterday (26th March) I have been unable to either withdraw cash from a cash machine or make purchases instore.
The cash machines spit up a error along the lines of "this service is unavaible from this machine"
This is after I enter my pin, and confirm that I am happy for the charge... the error occurs once I select a cash ammount
And yes, there is funds in my paypal account
Is this an isolated issue, or are the paypal accesscard services having problems at the moment?
And as IM using my mobile, I cant dial 0845 to speak to customer services! Is there an alternative number I can use?

are you aware of any problems today when trying to use the paypal debit card via atm and when making purchaces?
only asking as my local atm machine refused withdrawal and declined my purchase for fuel at my local petrol station

I am sorry to hear that your card was not working for you. We haven't received any communication or reports from prepay solutions that there is any issues.

issue now sorted, it was my own fault i cacelled the paypal access card merchant agreement by mistake!
its difficult to tell which agreement is which when on-line
thanks anyway

I can't seem to find any link to my Access Account to log-in!
I need to view and confirm my Access Card PIN so I can use it at cash machines. Any help?
A hotlink would do!
Why isn't it obvious in my PayPal account pages?
