As of yesterday (26th March) I have been unable to either withdraw cash from a cash machine or make purchases instore. The cash machines spit up a error along the lines of "this service is unavaible from this machine" This is after I enter my pin, and confirm that I am happy for the charge... the error occurs once I select a cash ammount And yes, there is funds in my paypal account Is this an isolated issue, or are the paypal accesscard services having problems at the moment? And as IM using my mobile, I cant dial 0845 to speak to customer services! Is there an alternative number I can use?
